Now that your summary’s sharp and clear,
It’s time for your work to take the premiere.
Think back through the roles you’ve done,
The companies, dates, and battles won.
List your achievements, your tasks, your deeds,
The value you brought, fulfilling needs.
But words alone won’t tell the tale,
Action verbs must now prevail.
For every role, find verbs that fit,
To make each point a perfect hit.
If you led the charge, then “spearheaded” shines,
For technical tasks, let “developed” align.
But wait—before we call it a wrap,
Add context and results to close the gap.
For instance:
- *Spearheaded* a marketing drive (action),
For a new product launch, made it thrive (context).
Result? A 20% rise in revenue,
And a “Marketing Genius” badge, too!
- *Developed* software that’s slick and fast (action),
To automate tasks that used to last (context).
Result? Saved 200 hours each month,
And the IT team stopped yelling, at last!
- *Mentored* a junior crew (action),
Guiding them through challenges they never knew (context).
Result? A team so sharp and bright,
They now teach you—ain’t that a sight?
- *Devised* a plan to cut supply chain waste (action),
Ensuring resources weren’t misplaced (context).
Result? Costs dropped by 30 percent,
And the planet gave you a silent consent.
Let each bullet shine in this compact way,
With action, context, results at play.
Remember, this process isn’t just art,
It’s about showing your impactful part.
So paint your tale with verbs and flair,
Make hiring teams stop and stare.
Your resume will now come alive,
A story where your greatness thrives.

Together we’ll build a resume true.
